I ordered this adapter more or less at the last minute before my holiday and when the confirmation came in with the delivery date showing it was slightly touch and go as to whether it would arrive. I emailed the customer services department and explained and they replied to say it had been dispatched immediately and I did receive it the day before I went away – phew! Prompt, efficient, friendly. All you need.
PS – the product is being shown as being a toy, which it is not. Its a great product but not exactly ‘fun’!! I cant seem to edit the stars now and it appears I’ve given it a 1 when it should be a 5.

I bought two, one for me and one for my nephew. With mine I tried to charge my ipod, since using the travel adaptor my ipod will not turn on and when I unplugged my ipod from the adaptor the plug blew up. My nephew tried his and found that the plug was getting really hot and started to smell. Have sent both back and got a refund.

For the price, can’t go wrong, it’s strong and does the same job as the far more expensive ones do!

Great all-in-one adaptor. Has just about all you need in one plug. I am amazed at the number of chargers I do not need to take with me now on holiday. The only down side is there is no earth pin so it is usless for my netbook or any other item that needs earthed.

Excellent, compact travel adapter with the added bonus of charging USB devices both at home and abroad. At this price, I can think of nothing to improve it. The case is unnecessary, but might appeal to the obsessively tidy.
